I remember your mom. You’re fortunate to have had her with you for a good part of your lives. Nice memories.

We’ve lost all of my mother’s generation now, and it’s the loss of a culture as well as our loved ones. They were 1st generation and proud of both their heritage and their American accomplishments. Your articles feel like a visit from my past as well. They brighten my day!

Lovel Photos. Your genes didn't drop from the sky. It's easier to correct than being corrected. We must take into consideration the times and if one had the opportunity to be taught punctuation.

Ed, yes, I agree when words when presented to the reader should be punctuated and make the flow much more enjoyable to the reader.

I am not a reader of novels although have read a few in my lifetime, and proud of our granddaughter Kate in her third-year English teacher at Lincoln High School.

Priceless, Ed! I've instructed a few students who wrote like that. I suspect it's somewhat easy to write...just keep pumping out the words! It is exhausting to read but sometimes humorous.

Thank, David. I love your book. I am reading some parts, like the Uncle Tom chapter for the second time. I’ll be in touch soon.

Thank you for raising such a kind and brilliant man he has a calmness about him and presents with an aura of peace in my late 20s I experienced a recurrence of Crohn’s disease introduced through a GI bleed this was very serious and after emergency treatments pints of blood and plasma and days in the hospital I decided that it was time to be treated by another physician Dr Ed’s name kept coming up and he graciously took me on as a new patient I was a physical and emotional wreck at my first visit he asked why I was there and I replied that I hear that he was the best gastroenterologist in the state and his quick witted reply was

you must have been talking to my mother if I could talk to her now I would convey that her sons conservative and superb medical care gave me back my life and he did not perform miracles but rather treated me as a whole person and not just my disease I was never out of the woods but knowing that Dr Ed was a phone call away helped comfort and control my emotions along with the knowledge that I would receive the best medical care as needed the end no punctuation needed as mom will understand

I love this Lora thank you and one unpunctuated sentence bless you You devil
