It is Past Time for Secretary Kennedy to go.
Where will he fall on the Watcher Spectrum?
Secretary Kennedy has done little if anything that will benefit the health of our population. Though some of you may disagree and call me a political foil, I challenge you. Find something wrong that I have written. Find something political. I doubt you will.
If so, challenge me.
To quote O. Henry, he (Kennedy . . . my insert) is . . . “as immovable as a setter at the scent of quail.” Kennedy’s scent is to eliminate vaccinations. Immovable.
He has become insular in a flood of misinformation. Thus he seems to have become more suspicious of every institution, of every scientist.
His manner is irritating, not because of his dysphonia but because he is wrong so often. I fell like shaking him, ‘Secretary, wake up! You have a chance to help us. You have a chance to make a broken health care system better!”
Just a few things here . . . .
1. Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. released the study from the "Make America Healthy Again" commission, but the report has significant problems that include misstated findings and several cited studies that apparently don't exist.
Secretary, either you are very stupid, don’t do your homework, have a terrible research staff or out-and-out lie. I suspect the latter because you have been caught in so many lies.
Lying divides.
Truth will make you a man.
Are you going to fire Secretary Kennedy, Mr. President? He's making YOU look bad and making us frightened.
2. Why LOOK here... from your staff, Mr. President.
The White House acknowledges problems in RFK Jr.'s ‘Make America Healthy Again’ report.
My goodness, citing nonexistent stuff . . . hundreds of studies, but a closer look found that some of those studies did not actually exist.
Time to cut losses before there are loss of lives, Mr. President. Dismiss Secretary Kennedy.
You, Mr President, never site studies that are nonexistent, do you?
The White House called it formatting issues. Baloney. Be careful. You are about to be fired, Mr. Secretary.
You said you would bring "radical transparency" and "gold-standard" science to the public health agencies, but you refused to release details about who authored the 72-page report, which calls for increased scrutiny of the childhood vaccine schedule and describes the nation's children as overmedicated and undernourished.
3. Again, the appointment of David Geier to conduct federal research on vaccines and autism represents danger because of his lack of scientific integrity and appropriate qualifications. his history of disciplinary action, and promotion of discredited theories make him unsuitable for this role. .
You appointed him during an active measles outbreak in multiple states. Such poor judgement. This is a breach of scientific integrity that threatens public health.
Your ill-informed decision undermines decades of rigorous scientific research that has consistently found no causal relationship between vaccines and autism spectrum disorders and violates fundamental principles of scientific methodology and medical ethics.
4. This is dangerous . . .
Watch this one carefully. Bird flu may be imminent, so what does the ill-informed, incompetent Secretary Kennedy** do?
**HHS has canceled a $590 million contract with Moderna to develop a bird flu vaccine. The virus has infected 70 people, mainly farm workers, since last year.
If it starts spreading, "we will come to regret this as the day we decided to put the lives of the American people at grave risk,” Dr. Ashish Jha, Dean of the Brown University School of Public Health.
5. Think about this pure idiocy.
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said that he could bar government scientists from publishing in the world’s leading medical journals, instead proposing the creation of “in-house” publications by his agency.
6. And more idiocy . . . The federal government has removed COVID-19 vaccines from the list of shots recommended for healthy pregnant women. FACT: Getting the COVID vaccine during pregnancy protects newborns from hospitalization.
FACT: Vaccinating pregnant women also protects newborn babies, who can't get vaccinated themselves but are at very high risk for serious complications from the virus.
Ob-Gyns who treat patients every day, have seen firsthand how dangerous COVID infection can be during pregnancy and for newborns who depend on maternal antibodies from the vaccine for protection. COVID infection during pregnancy can be catastrophic and lead to major disability.
What will make you happy, Secretary? You don’t seem to be at this moment. I think you will be happy and live in peace when you become aware of your role in the health of our nation and grasp what is necessary for our fellow citizens in a health care system that is broken.
Try to fix it rather than threaten the lives of our citizens with your horrible decisions.
Put aside the passion and fanaticism. It does not seem to me that you have been doing so.

Ed. You are right on target and I applaud your persistent interest in exposing this anti-science that Kennedy proposes. I suspect he listens to no one, he makes up information as needed and surrounds himself with only yay sayers to bolster his unscientific claims. Keep it up, steady protesting from all of us as the only recourse for a while. Shout, yell, expose... NICK
All of this is horrifying and there will be more unnecessary measles deaths .
Some of the children who get sick will not be from antivaxer families.
In Nebraska there is a child with measles who was too young to be vaccinated.
How many kids have to get sick before RFK is stopped? How many have to die?
Also of concern is the shutting down of research projects at NIH as well as those at universities. We all benefit from research.
This habit of citing nonexistent studies is part of the whole cult of
“Alternative facts”. If you don’t like something just lie loud enough and long enough and people will believe you.
This is not all RFK. It comes from the top.
