At least he had the common sense to immediately see the hurtful impact of his words and did the proper thing, apologized, admitted how hurtful and wrong he was, and made amends. you're quick acceptance mollified what could have been a much worse confrontation. you're a better man than i, gunga din!

Barbara and I were junior and senior high school classmates. We have remained dear friends for lo these many years. Lucky us.

Barbara, the photo of you and dad tells all. "Alls well that ends well". Sometimes we have to go to extremes to shake someone's mind, and you did it well. The table settings are well set. Barbara, Ann will certainly enjoy when she returns from her errands. Merry Christmas to you and Nick

Barbara, I'm sure he was, but at the moment you had to bring him into good frame of mind. Ann told me when you where neighbors on View Street your father would drive you and Ann to Regent Avenue School with a little tug from Jenny. Barbara you can make me a pasta dish anytime.
